If something isn't right, we'll always do our best to sort it. 

 

Returns

We only accept returns if your item is faulty or damaged.

Because of the nature of film products we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used cameras or opened film
  • Film that has already been developed

 

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. 

Include your order number, a description and photos or videos if possible. 

We may ask for the item to be returned so we can test it. 

 

Important Info About Film

Film photography is imperfect by nature - that's part of the magic! 

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Dark or underexposed images 
  • Blurry or missed shots 
  • Lab processing Issues 
  • General dissatisfaction with photo results 


Replacements & Refunds 

If your item is faulty we will offer:

  • A replacement or a refund 

 

Returns / Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty. You will then be sent a free pre-paid returns label.
